This website is operated by Huzhou Minglong New Energy Co., Ltd. (Minglong Energy, we or us). Our address is Room 1104-12, Building A, Zhongnan Building, Longxi Subdistrict, Huzhou South Taihu Lake New Area, Huzhou, Zhejiang, China. Contact us at psy@minglongenergy.com.

These terms concern this new business website, including its temporary preview address and its future operation at minglongenergy.com. The website presents battery project directions for civil and commercial drones, e-bikes, power tools and small equipment, and digital or professional portable devices.

Our website is intended for business evaluation and project inquiries. Product supply, development work and other paid services require the relevant commercial agreement; these website terms do not set a standard sales warranty, payment schedule or delivery promise.

Product Information and Illustrations

Product pages, application guidance, articles, diagrams and images provide general information for initial project discussions. Some images or configurations are representative or conceptual, as indicated on the relevant page. They do not establish that an exact configuration is available, suitable or approved for your application.

Capacity, voltage, dimensions, performance and other information must be read with their stated conditions. Final specifications depend on the agreed cell, pack design, protection system, charger, interfaces and operating environment. Runtime, cycle life and other results vary with the complete system and use conditions.

We aim to keep information accurate and may correct or update website content. Confirm the current specification and document revision with us before making a purchasing, integration or compliance decision.

Inquiries, Quotations and Orders

Submitting a form, sending an email or receiving a submission acknowledgement confirms only that a communication has been made or received. It is not acceptance of an order, approval of a design, a quotation or a promise to take on a project.

An inquiry may require further technical and commercial review. A project proceeds when the relevant parties have agreed the applicable scope and terms. Any quotation is subject to its stated validity, assumptions and conditions.

Prices, minimum order quantities, samples, tooling, payment, lead times, delivery terms, inspection, acceptance, warranty and after-sales responsibilities are established in the applicable written quotation, order confirmation or contract. The website does not replace those documents.

Technical Review and Validation

A battery must be assessed as part of the intended device and charging system. Matching nominal voltage or dimensions alone does not establish compatibility. Connectors, current requirements, protection settings, communications, mounting and environmental conditions may also need validation.

The parties should agree the validation scope and responsibilities for a specific project before production or deployment. Website articles and illustrations are not installation instructions or approval to modify a battery, bypass its protections or connect it to an unverified charger or device.

Any certification, test report, transport document or compliance statement must be checked for the exact product configuration, destination and intended use. References to standards on this website do not mean every product or configuration has the same certification. Nothing in these terms transfers a legal product-safety obligation away from the party responsible for it.

Information and Files You Submit

Please provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge and submit only files you have the right to share. Avoid including unrelated personal information, malicious files or material whose disclosure would breach another party’s rights or a confidentiality obligation.

You retain ownership of intellectual property in your submitted material. By sending an inquiry, you permit us to receive, store and review the material as reasonably needed to assess and respond to that inquiry, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The website form does not itself create a separate non-disclosure agreement. If an initial review requires commercially sensitive drawings, proprietary designs or other confidential material, contact us to agree the scope and any confidentiality terms before sending it. This does not remove confidentiality obligations that arise under an existing agreement or applicable law.

Under our current inquiry process, customer forms and technical files are not forwarded to external factories, laboratories, logistics companies or other business partners. Any proposed later sharing will be discussed with the customer first, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The text, branding, images and other content on this website are owned by Minglong Energy or used with the relevant rights. You may view, download or share reasonable extracts internally for evaluating a potential business project, keeping any notices and source attribution intact. This permission does not extend to content where a separate licence or restriction is stated.

Please obtain permission before republishing our content, using our logo in your marketing or representing that we endorse your business. Nothing on this website grants a licence to a battery design, patent, manufacturing process or other intellectual property beyond the limited website use described here.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in an article or technical discussion does not establish affiliation, authorisation or compatibility with a product.

Acceptable Website Use

Use the website lawfully and without interfering with its operation or other users. Do not attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, misuse the inquiry form, impersonate another person or use automated activity that disrupts the service.

We may take proportionate steps to restrict abusive requests or protect the website. If the form is unavailable, you can contact us by email.

We aim to keep the website available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults or events outside our reasonable control. General website information should be confirmed for your project before it is relied upon for procurement, engineering or regulatory decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that general website content will meet a particular project’s needs. Liability relating to supplied products or agreed services is addressed by the applicable contract and mandatory law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
