What is your minimum order quantity?
Bulk orders start at 100 pcs. Smaller paid sample quantities are available for project evaluation.
Are samples charged, and how long do they take?
Samples are charged. Typical preparation is 7–30 days, depending on cell stock and build complexity. Any sample fee credit toward a qualifying bulk order is confirmed in your quotation.
What if I do not have a complete specification?
Start with the application, an existing battery model or photo, and the quantity you expect to need. Our team can help clarify missing requirements before confirming a pack option.
Can I upload drawings or battery photos?
Yes. You can attach specifications, drawings, or photos of your battery, connector or device when you have the right to share them. Up to 5 files: 10 MB each and 15 MB combined.
When are compatibility, documents and delivery confirmed?
These are checked for the selected configuration, device, destination and order quantity. Share any required tests or documents so we can review the project before confirming availability and timing.
How will my information and files be used?
