LEGAL & PRIVACY
Cookie Policy
How we use essential storage, optional website analytics and advertising measurement, and how you can control your choices.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement only after you allow each respective purpose. You can choose website analytics, advertising measurement, both or neither. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from browsing or sending a project inquiry. Essential website services and external resources may still receive technical request information.
01
Who This Policy Covers
This policy covers minglongenergy.com, operated by Huzhou Minglong New Energy Co., Ltd. It describes the current website following its migration to this domain.
For personal information submitted through the website or project form, read our Privacy Policy. Questions about this policy can be sent to psy@minglongenergy.com · Facebook.
02
Cookies and Similar Technologies
A cookie is a small piece of information saved by a website in your browser. Websites can also use local storage or session storage, which are separate browser storage mechanisms, and other technologies that read or store information on a device.
A session cookie or session-storage entry normally lasts for a browser session. Persistent storage can remain until it expires or is deleted. Browser session-restoration features may affect how long session information remains. The purpose and actual operation of a technology matter, not only whether it is called a cookie.
03
Storage Used by This Website
The following technical browser storage is used by WordPress, the website software:
Name / technology: wpEmojiSettingsSupports — session storage
Purpose and provider: Records whether the browser can display certain emoji characters, so WordPress can choose a suitable display method. It is not a marketing identifier.
Duration: Browser session; WordPress may refresh the stored display-test result during that session.
Our current custom inquiry form does not use its own visitor cookie for submission. Its anti-abuse counter and short-lived submission-confirmation record are kept on the server. These records are distinct from browser cookies and from the longer-lived inquiry records described in the Privacy Policy.
Authorised staff signing in to website administration may receive WordPress login, test and preference cookies. Those support administration and are separate from ordinary public browsing. They are not advertising cookies offered to visitors.
Consent preference: our first-party ml_ads_consent cookie remembers your separate analytics and advertising choices for 180 days. It contains the choices and policy version, not inquiry details, and is used to respect your settings. After expiry or deletion, we ask again. An earlier advertising-only choice does not authorise Analytics; the updated panel asks you to review the new purpose.

External Resources and Links
Some resources are requested directly from external providers when a page loads:
- Website fonts: our text fonts are hosted on this website; loading them does not request Google Fonts servers.
- jsDelivr: supplies the Remix Icon stylesheet and icon font. Its delivery infrastructure receives technical request information. See the jsDelivr privacy policy.
- WordPress emoji images: if the browser needs a fallback to display certain emoji characters, WordPress may request image files from s.w.org. That request sends technical connection information to the image provider.
- Hostinger: hosts the website and provides supporting infrastructure. Requests to the site can be recorded for service delivery, operation and security. See the Hostinger privacy policy.
An external resource request can disclose technical information even if it does not set an advertising cookie. Cookies are therefore only one part of website privacy.
Links to WhatsApp, social networks and reference websites take you to services governed by their own policies. They are different from embedded trackers that run while you remain on our website. The current reviewed public pages do not embed a third-party video player or map.
05
Analytics, Advertising and Consent
With your analytics consent, Google Analytics helps us understand traffic sources, page use and successfully submitted project inquiries. We also measure email-link and WhatsApp-link clicks as auxiliary interactions; a click is not evidence that you contacted us. With your advertising consent, Google Ads helps us measure whether an ad interaction leads to a successfully submitted inquiry. Google may receive your IP address, browser/device information, cleaned page and campaign information, click or cookie identifiers, consent signals and inquiry-success events. The Ads event includes an opaque identifier to avoid duplicate counting. We do not send inquiry form fields, email addresses, telephone numbers or uploaded files with these events. Automatic form detection is off. Google signals, advertising personalisation, enhanced conversions and remarketing are not enabled. We do not operate LinkedIn Insight Tag or Meta Pixel on this website.
With your advertising-measurement permission, we also keep visit-source information in first-party tab session storage (ml_inquiry_source_v1). This includes campaign labels and IDs, the triggered advertising keyword (not the original search query), device/network labels, a landing-page path, referring domain, timestamps and available advertising click identifiers. It helps us connect an inquiry with the visit that preceded it. The context is retained across pages in the same tab; it is discarded on the next check after 30 minutes without a page/source update, on withdrawal of advertising permission, when the tab session ends, or after a maximum of 24 hours for one source context. Browser session restoration may affect tab storage. We do not use this feature for cross-device identity matching.
When you submit an inquiry with advertising measurement allowed, the available visit-source context is saved with that inquiry in our private website records. Our internal notification email includes a source summary but omits raw advertising click identifiers. Authorised staff can review the source and mark the inquiry as pending, qualified, unsuitable or an internal test. The source record follows the same retention and access/correction/deletion procedure as the inquiry, normally up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact unless an active project or other stated retention reason applies. Rejecting or withdrawing advertising measurement leaves the inquiry form usable; source information may then be unavailable. Withdrawing browser permission does not erase an inquiry already submitted. We do not send your submitted contact details or project description to Google through this feature.
Optional analytics cookies: Google Analytics may set first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. We configure their expiry to 180 days, refreshed during permitted use. Analytics user-level and event-level data retention is set to 14 months; this differs from cookie expiry and does not limit the retention of standard aggregated reports. Optional advertising cookies: Google may set first-party cookies starting with _gcl_ for conversion measurement; Google describes their duration as 90 days. Other Google cookies may be used depending on your Google settings and browser. See Google’s cookie information, Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. Each optional Google measurement destination is enabled only after consent to its purpose.
Choose Reject optional, set the individual checkboxes and select Save choices, or select Allow both. You can reopen the panel using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing a purpose clears the related first-party cookies accessible to this website and reloads the page to stop the already loaded tag for that purpose. Any purpose you keep enabled continues under that choice. Withdrawal does not erase information already received by Google or cookies on Google’s own domains; you can manage those through your browser and Google privacy controls. Browsing, accepting website terms and submitting an inquiry are not analytics or advertising consent.
06
What You Can Control Now
You can use your browser’s site-data and privacy settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and other browser storage. The exact controls depend on the browser and device. Blocking all storage or external resources may affect some page display, security or sign-in functions.
Clearing browser storage does not delete an inquiry already sent to Minglong Energy or its mailbox copy. To request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, use the contact details and procedure in our Privacy Policy.
If you have concerns about a resource before submitting files, email us at psy@minglongenergy.com to discuss another suitable contact method.
07
Updates and Contact
We will review this policy when the website, hosting configuration, external resources or tracking tools change. The update date appears at the top of this page. Where a new purpose requires consent, updating this page alone is not a substitute for obtaining it.
