Who This Policy Covers

This policy concerns the new website operated by Huzhou Minglong New Energy Co., Ltd., including its temporary preview address and its future operation at minglongenergy.com. It does not describe the separate technology used by the existing website before migration.

For personal information submitted through the website or project form, read our Privacy Policy. Questions about this policy can be sent to psy@minglongenergy.com.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

A cookie is a small piece of information saved by a website in your browser. Websites can also use local storage or session storage, which are separate browser storage mechanisms, and other technologies that read or store information on a device.

A session cookie or session-storage entry normally lasts for a browser session. Persistent storage can remain until it expires or is deleted. Browser session-restoration features may affect how long session information remains. The purpose and actual operation of a technology matter, not only whether it is called a cookie.

Storage Used by the New Website

The following technical browser storage is used by WordPress, the website software:

Our current custom inquiry form does not use its own visitor cookie for submission. Its anti-abuse counter and short-lived submission-confirmation record are kept on the server. These records are distinct from browser cookies and from the longer-lived inquiry records described in the Privacy Policy.

Authorised staff signing in to website administration may receive WordPress login, test and preference cookies. Those support administration and are separate from ordinary public browsing. They are not advertising cookies offered to visitors.

A review of the public pages on September 7, 2026 did not identify additional visitor cookies in the page response headers or configured advertising and analytics tags. Storage can change with website features and infrastructure; we will update this policy when relevant changes are introduced.

External Resources and Links

Some resources are requested directly from external providers when a page loads:

• Google Fonts: supplies website fonts through Google font domains. Requests can include your IP address, browser information and referring page information. See Google’s font privacy information.
• jsDelivr: supplies the Remix Icon stylesheet and icon font. Its delivery infrastructure receives technical request information. See the jsDelivr privacy policy.
• WordPress emoji images: if the browser needs a fallback to display certain emoji characters, WordPress may request image files from s.w.org. That request sends technical connection information to the image provider.
• Hostinger: hosts the website and provides supporting infrastructure. Requests to the site can be recorded for service delivery, operation and security. See the Hostinger privacy policy.

An external resource request can disclose technical information even if it does not set an advertising cookie. Cookies are therefore only one part of website privacy.

Links to WhatsApp, social networks and reference websites take you to services governed by their own policies. They are different from embedded trackers that run while you remain on our website. The current reviewed public pages do not embed a third-party video player or map.

Analytics, Advertising and Consent

We currently do not operate the analytics and advertising tags listed at the beginning of this policy on the new website. A project inquiry is not a newsletter subscription, and the website does not currently offer a public newsletter sign-up form.

There is currently no visitor analytics or advertising preference panel to configure on this website. We do not treat continued browsing, accepting website terms or submitting an inquiry as agreement to future advertising tracking.

Before introducing technologies that require consent under the applicable rules, we will explain their purposes and providers and provide appropriate controls. Those technologies will stay off until the required consent is given. Where such controls are introduced, visitors will be able to refuse optional tracking and return to their settings to change or withdraw consent.

What You Can Control Now

You can use your browser’s site-data and privacy settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and other browser storage. The exact controls depend on the browser and device. Blocking all storage or external resources may affect some page display, security or sign-in functions.

Clearing browser storage does not delete an inquiry already sent to Minglong Energy or its mailbox copy. To request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, use the contact details and procedure in our Privacy Policy.

Updates and Contact

We will review this policy when the website, hosting configuration, external resources or tracking tools change. The update date appears at the top of this page. Where a new purpose requires consent, updating this page alone is not a substitute for obtaining it.
