Many battery enquiries begin before a complete specification exists. The product team may know the device, target voltage and approximate capacity, while the enclosure, connector or destination-market requirements are still being confirmed.

Minglong Energy’s new English website, launched on 7 September 2026, now provides a more structured starting point for these early OEM and ODM discussions. The project enquiry form is designed to collect the information already available without asking customers to present an unfinished concept as a final specification.

Five details that help start the review

The form focuses on five practical areas:

03Available space or dimensionsThe physical envelope the battery needs to fit.

These details do not replace drawings, load data or validation requirements. They simply make it easier to identify what is known, what remains open and which questions should come next.

Unknown information should remain visible

Early-stage project information is rarely perfect. A guessed connector, duty cycle or enclosure dimension can create more confusion than a clearly marked open item.

For that reason, customers can use the first enquiry to share confirmed information and note what is still under discussion. Supporting files can be added when available, and the remaining points can be addressed during the initial review.

This approach is especially useful when engineering, sourcing and commercial teams are working on different parts of the same brief. It gives both sides a common reference without treating the first message as an approved technical document.

What happens after the first brief

Submitting the form begins a project conversation; it does not automatically confirm a design, quotation or delivery plan. Battery architecture, component selection, protection and communication requirements, validation responsibilities, applicable documentation and commercial terms still need to be reviewed for the individual project.
